Shipping & Refunds
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, please note this does not include weekends. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Domestic and international packages are sent via United States Postal Service. All packages come with tracking. International orders do not come with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on international or domestic orders.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges of unworn pieces are accepted within 7 days after receiving your order. All custom initial orders are final sale.
Please contact us at hello@tangerinejewelryshop.com for a return address. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Items must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging/gift box to avoid damages. Once the return is received, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Shipping charged are non-refundable on exchanges or returns.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If you have any questions about the taxes and duties in your country, please visit your local post office before placing your order with us. Customs rates vary depending on country.
